Product Introduction
Pure Water Treatment Machine
The primary function of pure water treatment equipment is to process groundwater, surface water, or tap water that meets drinking water standards into purified water with a conductivity of 1~10 us/cm².
This equipment consists of two parts:
Pretreatment Section: Includes a raw water booster pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger (with salt dosing mechanism), precision filter (5 μm), scale inhibitor dispenser(optional ) and valves.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Filtration Section: Includes a high-pressure pump, RO membrane, valves, flow meters, cleaning pump, cleaning tank, and other components.

The primary function of the pretreatment stage is to remove algae, large suspended particles, odors, partial mineral oils, and certain minerals from the water. It also adjusts water quality by reducing calcium and magnesium ions to prevent RO membrane fouling and scaling.
The RO system utilizes osmotic pressure differentials to separate solvents from the raw water, producing purified water. The concentrated wastewater generated during this process is discharged through pipe.

1.Exceptional Desalination & Purification Efficiency
Driven by high pressure, the RO membrane selectively allows water molecules to pass through, effectively removing the majority of dissolved inorganic salts with a desalination rate of 95%~99.9% (depending on feed raw water quality).Simultaneously, it efficiently blocks contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, colloids, organic matter, and heavy metal ions.
2.High-Purity Product Water
After RO treatment, the water quality approaches pure water standards, with significantly reduced conductivity (typically <10 μS/cm) and extremely low total dissolved solids (TDS).
3.Modular Design & User-Friendly Operation
Core components (membranes, pumps, valve assemblies) adopt standardized designs for easy assembly and maintenance.The automated control system manages the entire process, including startup/shutdown, flushing, and operation.
4. Physical Separation Principle
It mainly relies on pressure-driven permeation through a semi-permeable membrane, and the process of pollutant removal does not require a large amount of chemical additives (coagulants, scale inhibitors, etc. are mainly used for pretreatment or membrane maintenance, and do not need to be added in the main treatment stage). This device has environmental characteristics and does not produce harmful chemical byproducts.
