Fully Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine

This machine is designed for producing various PET-based containers, including:Carbonated beverage bottles,Mineral water bottles,Pesticide bottles,Cosmetic bottles,Wide-mouth bottles,Heat-resistant bottles and other related packaging containers.

This machine adopts infrared preheating lamps to ensure uniform heating of PET preforms. The mold clamping structure features a dual-crank arm design, providing strong clamping force, smooth operation, and high speed. The air system is divided into pneumatic action and bottle blowing sections, ensuring more stable production. Both full servo motor control and pneumatic cylinder control are available as options, with servo motor control offering the advantages of higher speed and output, while the cylinder option is more cost-effective.
