Bottle drinking water production line

 The bottled drinking water production line is an automatic system integrating water treatment, filling, and packaging functions. Its equipments mainly include raw water storage tanks, pretreatment systems, reverse osmosis units, UV and ozone generators, pure water storage tanks, bottle blowing machines, three-in-one filling machines, label applicators, inkjet printers, packaging units and so on.

Raw water is pumped to the storage tank by the raw water pump. After being pressurized by the booster pump, it sequentially passes through quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, and precision filters to remove large particulate impurities. The pre-filtered water is then pressurized by a high-pressure pump into the reverse osmosis membrane module. The reverse osmosis membrane effectively separates water molecules from dissolved salts, producing high-concentration brine and low-salinity purified water. The brine is directly discharged, while the purified water undergoes UV sterilization, is quantitatively ozonated, and finally stored in the purified water tank.

The bottle blowing machine heats and blows the preforms to form drinking water bottles. These finished bottles are then conveyed to the filling machine via a pneumatic system. Inside the filling machine, the bottles undergo ozone water rinsing before being filled with ozonated product water. The sealing process is completed by a rotary capping machine. Ozones strong oxidizing properties effectively eliminate potential microorganisms in bottled water. Moreover, as it decomposes without leaving residual pollutants or posing health risks, bottled drinking water requires no additional sterilization treatment.

Sealed bottled water is conveyed through the conveyor to labeling equipment (specific configurations determined by client requirements). After label application, an automatic laser coding machine prints date information on the bottle body. Bottled drinking water with completed labeling and date printing is then transported to film wrapping machines or cartoning machines according to packaging specifications for final packaging. Products packed by cartoning machines feature inkjet coding on outer packaging surfaces to display packing dates. High-capacity production lines ultimately incorporate palletizers to replace manual stacking operations.
